This position resides in the Customer Marketing team within the Oracle Corporate Marketing group. Oracle Customer Marketing offers a wide variety of customer programs to promote and facilitate collaboration between Oracle and its customers; and celebrate business successes through referencing and communities. A core pillar to this strategy is the customer advocacy program, which engages customers progressively through their journeys to drive engagement and accelerate success. The global advocacy community specialist plays a key role in mobilizing that engagement at scale to support customer and business needs and nurture peer to peer engagement in a gamified way.
Responsible for the ideation, design and creation of editable global advocacy campaigns to successfully drive progressive advocate engagement and mobilization utilizing an online advocacy platform and the embedded capabilities such as gamification, progressive challenges and recognition.
Detailed Description Manage a SaaS focused customer advocates community through a digital platform with inspiring activities, via discussion boards or at events. Work within Oracle to understand priorities for the specific SaaS solution, initiatives, such as those driven by product teams, and available engagement opportunities from customer marketing, PR, AR, sales; identify and prioritize campaign needs. Establish relationships with customer facing teams to help recruit new advocates. Identify and invite new advocates. Utilize existing content as well as net-new to develop library of themed, editable campaigns that can be utilized to target multiple personas aligned with Oracle initiatives. Create a standard refresh process to keep campaigns up-to-date and incredibly engaging. Review upcoming Oracle events, significant initiatives and launches; publish a rolling campaigns editorial calendar. Based upon campaign results, continuously improve on campaign content, presentation and delivery.
Project / Experience Requirements Design broad and compelling campaign; copy mastermind; portfolio is a plus Creative marketing & communication skills Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously Demand generation, customer marketing or customer community management experience highly preferred Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4 yr college or university in advertising, communications or marketing preferred Influitive experience a significant plus Oracle experience a plus 4+ years of related experience Graphics design is not required but a plus
