We’re looking for a new member for our European Digital Workplace team. Get ready to play an active role in providing 2nd and 3rd level support and troubleshooting for IT Systems Globally, restoring IT services as quickly as possible and help implement novel solutions for an international organization.
Our new colleague's main tasks will revolve around maintaining, improving, and securing the future-oriented, mobile digital workplace and the technical solutions based on it with the aim of meeting the requirements for collaboration and communication within SIG and with external partners.
Key job requirements and responsibilities :
Provisioning and administration of the Microsoft 365 communication and collaboration platform
Plan, implement, automate, and operate flexible workplace technologies (virtualization, on-premises, cloud) on Windows platform as well as the integration and management of mobile device
Introduce, configure, operate, and monitor the workplace-related IT security systems considering the overarching IT security architecture and guidelines
Implementation, automation and optimization of the licensing, authentication, and authorization processes in the Microsoft 365 environment
Evaluation, test, and specification of the SIG terminal device standard for desktop, notebook, smartphone, and video equipment.
Prepare and ensure a performant operating system and application deployment process.
Working in 2nd level tickets according IT Service Management processes and ensuring knowledge transfer to local desktop support and service desk
Continuous improvement of desktop related services according shift-left approach

Experience with MECM / MEM
Experience with Microsoft Defender / ATP
Experience with Windows 10 (Configuration / Deployment / Support)
Experience with M365Apps
