The Marketplace Team oversees the integration of new sellers on the eMAG platform. It basically opens a very complex ecosystem to local businesses.
The team oversees all relationships with sellers, from contracts and payments to workflow and procedures, in order to ensure a great customer experience.

The RPA Developer is responsible for the creation, design, development, and implementation of RPA workflows; act as the Subject Matter Expert of automation / RPA in liaison with other groups;
clarify and document new process automation requirements, design and implement solutions, as well as support and monitor automated processes to maximize efficiency for a business model;
provide training and coaching / mentoring session to automation / RPA enthusiasts.
What will you do in our team?
Understand business needs / requirements and propose a solution;
Develop RPA workflows according to process specifications provided by the business team;
Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to adjust / improve the functional design, in order to ensure RPA process feasibility;
Create technical design documentation in accordance with BPM methodology;
Performs iterative testing during workflow development;
Reviews developed workflows and ensures development standards;
Assists with RPA workflows deployment and provides support in solving potential issues and bugs identified during implementation;
Provides assistance and bug fixing for the deployed automated process;
Define new features and tools, to support continuous improvement efforts.
Let’s meet if you have most of these skills :
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field;
Experience in programming with a specific focus on developing automation processes;
Intermediate to advanced UiPath RPA knowledge skills (or other RPA solutions);
Experience in software design / development;
Intermediate SQL and Database knowledge;
Windows architecture knowledge;
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office package skills, including VBA macros;
Experience as a business analyst;
Previous exposure to change management processes;
Excellent communication skills.
