Work with project teams to identify training material requirements
Work with project teams to document end user training materials for new system deployments or major upgrades
Work with project teams to create or update production support operating manuals for new system deployments or major upgrades
Use screen capture tools to incorporate images in to documentation to clarify instructions
Work with Service Desk and Service Management teams to create or modify end user documentation
Work with Service Desk to create or modify documentation used by service desk analysts
Work with IT team to identify end user documentation missing from the environment, such as FAQs, to promote system usability and self-help
