Key ResponsibilitiesDell Financial Services is looking for a Reporting & Portfolio Analyst to be part of the EMEA Decision Sciences function.

The successful candidate will benefit from a coordinated induction and development process that will provide an in-depth exposure to all aspects of the credit function including Underwriting / Credit Analysis, Application and Behavioral Models, Current Portfolio Analysis & Reporting, Fraud and Problem Debt Management.

Develop and implement a robust set of portfolio monitoring reports to ensure adherence to applicable regulations and benchmark against industry standards and best practices.

Manage various daily, weekly and monthly reporting requirements, including KRIs.Regularly present reports and analysis results to senior stakeholders.

Influence the portfolio through analysis of results to help drive the achievement of Credit and Bank targets.Support the provision of an appropriate level of Management Information (MI) for the Chief Credit Officer.

Lead the development of report automation in conjunction with the Data Scientists, Underwriters, Fraud Analysts and Problem Debt Analysts.

Support the development of real-time reporting & monitoring in conjunction with the team’s Data Scientists.Support the wider Credit Function with other ad-

hoc requests and the adoption of new reporting and analytical tools such as R, R Markdown, Shiny and Tableau.Essential RequirementsDegree preferably in economics / finance / business or other relevant discipline, and / or equivalent professional qualification.

2 - 3 years’ experience in a reporting role.Very strong numeracy, analytical and communication skills.Strong knowledge of SQL.

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.Must be self-motivated and a team player with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentDesirable RequirementsStrong data manipulation skills and ability to quickly understand and wrangle diverse datasets.
