Job Description

  • Advises and supports the executives and associates in the allocated area of responsibility in strategic and operative HR matters
  • Ensures the implementation of HR standards, policies, and processes in his area of responsibility
  • Consultation for executives on matters regarding leadership, organization and labor law
  • Participation in the regular planning meetings in his area of responsibility
  • Implementation of HR planning requirements in his area of responsibility (staffing planning, succession planning)
  • Carrying out the potential reviews in his area of responsibility on the basis of comprehensive knowledge of the individual
  • Responsible for identifying and promoting talent in his area of responsibility
  • Governance of remuneration development in his area of responsibility (keeping to budgets and remuneration principles, control / approval of individual pay rises)
  • Implementation of measures for organizational development in his area of responsibility: consultation and support for organizational changes
  • Processing disciplinary cases and coordination with labor representatives where necessary
  • Processing project topics
  • Conducting legal analysis and researching legal matters
  • Providing advice on legal matters
  • Monitoring the implementation of the legal clauses


  • Minimum 3 years in various HR areas such as engagement, talent management, performance management, recruitment and labor relations
  • Previous experience as Legal Advisor
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or automotive industry is an advantage
  • Understands background, targets and strategy and can advise proactively
  • Excellent judgment and conflict management skills
  • Customer Orientation
  • Business knowledge
  • Strong personality and influencing skills
  • Work under own initiative
  • Fluent English
  • Proficient in using packages such as MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word
