Responsibilities : As part of CIOx’s Planning & Governance team, you will lead the execution of the Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) division’s initiatives Focus on project results, being end to end accountable for achieving project objectives on scope, schedule and budget As part of the Customer Information Management and Ops Excellence team (CIOx), you drive a portfolio of transformation initiatives by structuring complex issues into phased workstreams and deliverables Understand and support the framework on how projects are prioritized and aligned to the GRC strategic roadmap.

Educate stakeholders on the business value of their projects. Constantly evaluate CIOx’s business performance dashboard to generate insights, which in turn lead to new key initiatives Build a strong relationship with key project stakeholders.

Understand their project objectives, products and services. Articulate the project status and outcomes to all stakeholders, based on data driven insights Lead, build and leverage strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Partner with leadership to manage executive communication and stakeholder engagement Build a relationship with project vendors, contractors, cross-functional project teams and program / portfolio managers to ensure projects are meeting al deliverables on scope, schedule and budget Lead through influence, often without direct authority, using data, facts and quantitative / qualitative reasoning Provide performance feedback about project team members to resource managers as requested.

Understand and apply industry-standard project and change management best practices. You are accountable for creation and maintenance of project artifacts such as the project charter and scope, planning, operating agreements, change and process controls Drive ideation and design, oversee complex implementation, and resolve issues as they are discovered Through the implementation of Key Process Input / Output Variables, you establish data driven performance evaluation criteria to highlight strengths, weaknesses & opportunities Ensure projects are closed upon completion (resources released, team celebrations and rewards are requested, lessons learned are conducted, and final status update is produced, etc.

  • Requirements : A minimum 3 years of experience managing transformational change projects in software development, data management and / or CRM & product implementation Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience;
  • Master’s degree preferred Ability to swiftly anticipate changing needs and demands, draw conclusions and adjust course Overall intellectual curiosity to identify opportunities and solve problems Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to organize, interpret and clearly communicate actionable next steps You possess a general knowledge and understanding of the Wolters Kluwer and GRC products, services, and technology supported across CIOx is desired.

    You are familiar with financial compliance, documents and transaction processing Strong, proven knowledge of Project / Program Management principles / methodologies (e.

    g., waterfall and Agile) Customer Focus : you are dedicated to meeting the expectations of internal and external customers.

    You establish and maintain effective working relationships with them. Applied expertise in six sigma, lean, or similar process re-engineering practices Strong planning skills : you can work with a project team to accurately scope, plan and assess risk of milestones, break work down into tasks, develop schedules and task / people assignments You anticipate and adjust for problems and roadblocks, measure performance against goals, and evaluate results.

    Strong process management skills : you know how to get things done, how to organize people and activities, how to separate and combine tasks into an efficient workflow.

    Effective decision-making skills : you make educated, quality and timely decisions You have a strong working knowledge of the major technologies that support project management, including but not limited to Workflow tools (Gemini, JIRA, Smartsheet) and back office ERP systems (SAP) Willing to travel internationally, up to 30% of your time
