Role Purpose

Assist the Workplace Experience Associate / WEA and Workplace Experience Leader / WEL in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including financial, technical, maintenance, procurement, assets & vendor management.

Develop understanding of sound working relationships with key representatives of the customer and all key suppliers / service providers to the site.

What this job involves :

  • Vendor Management participation in delivering regular vendors' scorecard, taking part in vendor meetings, ensure understanding and management of contractual clauses.
  • Health and Safety Management ensure the provision of a safe working environment.
  • Client Management operational execution and performance of services in Facility scope. Main point of contact for customer’s request and services.
  • Finance Management ensure that the site’s financial operations are meeting targets and control by assisting WEA and WEL.
  • Meeting Services - provide full support for client's meetings on site, perform regular proactive technical tests, ensure standard cabling management process in place
  • Additional Duties And Responsibilities :

  • Perform daily tours of the assigned office building and grounds.
  • BSS services vendor management, reception, office cleaning and handymen supervision.
  • Security services vendor management, supervising and working together with WEA and WEL for the 100% compliant service delivery.
  • Car fleet administration as per SOW.
  • Dining management vendor management, supervising and closely work with WEA and WEL
  • Assist with Client move-in / move-out process to minimize disruption to day-to-day business.

    Skills

  • Knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities and vendor management for specialized services is advantageous
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal); communicate strong in local language and on intermediate English language level
  • Optional as still not in scope for JLL) Understanding of basic technical aspects of property (Computer Room Air-conditioning, Chiller system, Fire Protection system, Mechanical & Electrical system, BMS system) is advantageous
  • Problem-solving skills capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively
  • The ability to effectively deal with stressful situations
  • The ability to work independently
