Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for the resourcing, selection and onboarding of new hires for the EMEA Region.

Responsibilities

Applicant Tracking System Management (currently Workday) :

  • Amend / release postings for all vacancies for EMEA regions;
  • Close / remove postings for all vacancies once filled for EMEA regions;
  • Run reports to keep track of status of open requisitions.
  • Recruitment co-ordination :

  • Agree the recruitment strategy for each role with the hiring manager and / or HRBP;
  • Ensure job descriptions provide relevant detail in the correct format and provide assistance with writing job descriptions where required;
  • Ensure relevant authorisation has been obtained from senior management and a record is kept on file for audit purposes;
  • Post vacancies to internal and external job boards;
  • Assist hiring managers with writing interesting and relevant job adverts utilising tools such as Grammarly;
  • Review and agree agency terms and conditions in line with company practice;
  • Screen CVs and share with hiring managers via Workday;
  • Conduct interviews and select candidates;
  • Conduct screening interviews for senior roles;
  • Maintain regular communication with Applicants, Hiring Managers and Agencies, keeping all parties informed of status of hire at each stage;
  • Prepare offer letters and contracts of employment in a timely manner.
  • Testing and Assessments :

  • Identify and acquire skills in the application of testing materials, such as Thomas International, Caliper, Test Partnership etc.
  • Recommend appropriate testing and assessment materials to hiring managers.
  • Graduate recruitment :

  • Work with hiring managers to understand Graduate requirements;
  • Post Graduate advert to relevant job boards and University sites;
  • Screen CVs and conduct first stage screening calls;
  • Shortlist candidates for online assessments;
  • Short list suitable candidates for assessment centres;
  • Organise and facilitate all aspects of graduate assessment centres;
  • Assist in the selection process, agreeing start dates and preparing offers and contracts for successful graduates;
  • Co-ordinate the onboarding of graduates, including any relocation / accommodation requirements.
  • Your profile

    At least 2 years HR / recruitment experience including :

  • Interviewing and selection experience;
  • Experience in TA sourcing;
  • Exposure to planning recruitment campaigns;
  • Ability to write creative copy.
  • Highly organised - can plan own time and plan recruitment projects;
  • MS Office including Excel and Powerpoint;
  • Good written communication skills, ideally able to write creative copy;
  • Confident and able to manage senior staff’s expectations;
  • Continuous improvement of processes.
  • Desirable work experience :

  • Experience of managing in-house recruitment for a medium to large organization.
  • Familiar with the use of an applicant tracking system.
  • Familiar with the application of assessment centre testing.
  • Experience of sourcing applicants from a CV database and matching candidates to the job spec.
