We are now looking for talented individuals to join us on this exciting journey as we build our presence in Romania. Working at NTT Act as a consultant in the AR area during the transition period and stabilization of the process, being involved in solution identification, training, and process improvement project.
The individual will be required to : Represent the GSSC in all areas of Accounts Receivable Work closely with Business Stakeholders and other Global functions to deliver Global Standard Services Work as an SME in Accounts Receivable, Closing and Reporting Drive process segmentation & harmonization on Accounts Receivable projects together with the countries and the Global Business Provide support to both operations and transitions Perform process analysis, identify gaps and propose opportunities for improvement Assist all teams with reporting requirements Act as a SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for all process improvement initiatives and current challenges Be able to create reports based upon business requirements and hand over to AR team Relationship management to drive fixes and changes through to production in a timely manner Drive meetings and provide technical information to non-technical stakeholders Be responsible of creating training material and train the assigned people whenever required Update the Standard Operating Procedures and ensure that all the processes and subprocesses are properly captured and maintained Work with leaders to develop the KPIs for the activities in AP What will make you a good fit for the role?
Experience in end to end AR process in a multinational environment for at least 3 years. Consistent AR experience, as well as diverse or exposure to several AR areas is desired Knowledge of SAP Adaptability to various accounting systems and platforms and should be able to interpret the needs and requirements of the business Be a strong motivator and have the willingness to take complete responsibility for a project.
If part of a larger project team, should be a team player, freely and decisively communicating with the project management team Be able to rely extensively on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals as well as performing a variety of tasks Excellent verbal / written communication skills and interpersonal skills Comfortable working with tight deadlines Attention to detail and highly diligent approach to work Pragmatic / lateral approach to finding solutions Highly organized Proactive with strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under own initiative.
Able to effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to US GAAP, IFRS or other international GAAP
