To support our growth initiatives in EMEA, SugarCRM is looking for a committed, communicative and distinctly service-oriented individual with several years of experience in Talent Acquisition and operational HR.
You will be challenged to think creatively in order to drive hiring results. You will work closely with technical leaders, hiring managers and the recruitment team to plan and execute innovative hiring strategies for the EMEA region, helping bring in top talent to SugarCRM.
We need someone who is results driven and has the drive to Get It Done, no matter the challenge. You will also partner with SugarCRM’s global HR Operations team to provide HR support to our expanding team in Romania / EMEA.
Own the full cycle recruiting process for EMEA / Romania job openings including sourcing, interviewing and closing candidates
Work directly with our technical experts and stakeholders to bring the best candidates to the pipelines
Coordinate pre-hire and post hire employment activities
Provide first-line support to Romania-based employees, former employees and others regarding general human resource matters
Reviews and explains HR policies and programs to Romania-based employees
Help administer various HR department programs as assigned, i.e., wellness initiatives,
Ensuring, together with Legal, that SugarCRM remains in compliance with local Labor Laws
Higher education in the field of Human Resources
3+ years experience in an HR operations function
3+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles
Agency or relevant In-House experience in building technical teams in EMEA, specifically in Central Europe
Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment regulations
Experience working in small to mid-size companies, preferably in the software industry
Business fluency in Romanian and English
Good working knowledge of an HRIS system (Success Factors advantageous)
Experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Deep understanding of the Tech hiring landscape in Romania and complexity of global talent markets
Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates and the interview team throughout the hiring process
Results driven with proven experience recruiting top talent at scale
Ability to set priorities and take action facing competing demands
Ability to maintain the highest confidentiality, to work independently and as a team player.
Ability to work well with people at all levels of the organization.
