For our national and international railway projects, we are currently searching for an Expert with Scheduling of Works .

Participating in the structuring of a comprehensive schedule control system (ensuring integrated scheduling and power control)

Ensure interface coordination for efficient progress control

Monitoring and adjusting the consistent adherence of defined milestones and scheduling processes for internal and external contractual deliverables

Recommending countermeasures in case of deviations

Review of the consistency and adherence to the deadlines in the implementation

Participate in conducting audits and management reviews

Ensure the agreed scheduling objectives in cooperation with the master scheduler

Contribute to periodic reporting and event-related reports of project progress and project results, and deviations

Ensure procedures and processes are documented and relevant to current environment

Hold a construction engineering degree in railway industry (equivalent to a bachelor’s or master’s degree)

Min. 5 years experience in time scheduling of rail projects

Ability and willingness to work on a virtual team basis

Good English skills, knowledge of German is an advantage

Good communication skills with other project team members

Analytical thinking, responsibility and flexibility

Experienced with project management system Primavera or experience in working within a similar scheduling environment

IT skills (MS Office, subject-specific software)
