The HC planning specialist operates inside CNS Enterprise Sales Operations organization, reporting to the Global Sales Operations leader.
She / He will be required to monitor end to end the level of HC (1000+ people) assuring that every person is correctly mapped at organizational level in their own location, role and team.
Further, and extremely important, this role entails to plan incoming / outcoming flow of joiners / leavers and to interlock with the whole organizations reporting to the Enterprise Global Sales Leader and finally support the Central Team to gather the monthly evolution of HC in the organization in the short as well as medium / long term.
