IT Service Center Craiova
Supports users in troubleshooting of Business Intelligence applications.
In charge of ensuring deliverables on different technologies needed for BI business requirements
Provide support and assistance to internal customers on daily basis operations
Capable to debug applications, to fix problems and add new corrective functionalities to the systems, according to the business requirements.
Understand priority in order to ensure the requested Service level to the Business.
Education : Faculty Mathematics, Informatics, Automatics Computers and Electronics, Statistics, or similar.
Strong English knowledge, Italian knowledge is a plus

Availability to travel abroad and participating at international task / activities
Good SQL knowledge
Good understanding of relational database concepts in Oracle, MS-SQL Server
Knowledge and experience with Smartview, Data forms and Web Form
Experience in Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse design solutions, physical design, modeling and data integration methodologies
Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase and reporting tools preferred
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite especially Excel
Experience : 1 to 2 years work experience in application support / or similar IT field.
Others : IT experience and business processes knowledge is desirable.
English language advanced level
Italian language is desirable
