What skills do you need?

  • Education : University Degree
  • Experience : at least 2 years in sales activities
  • Driving license : B
  • Availability to travel the country for frequent market visits
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office skills
  • Intermediate English knowledge (writing, reading, speaking)
  • Have excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Have good leadership skills and ability to coordinate a team
  • Are organized and have good organizational skills
  • Applicants must be located in / close to Bucharest
  • Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate and manage local merchandising team to best present our products in our partner’s stores.
  • Range, stocks, space levels, planograms and layout follow up for the full range of Hasbro products
  • Frequent national wide market visits required
  • Weekly and monthly reports to the Hasbro Sales team with market implementation feedback and pictures from the field
  • Forecasting, receiving and distribution of the POSM and different marketing materials
  • Merchandising costs follow up in line with the defined budget
  • Draft and follow up of the merchandisers calendar for the daily store check for each covered location
  • Product trainings for the merchandisers
  • Act for solving diverse situations related to the stores ad-hoc requirements or Hasbro requirements and needs
  • Support local team with market visits and reports
  • Achieve qualitative and quantitative objectives set by the local Sales Team
  • Work cross functionally to deliver best in class retail activation, support marketing and product launches
  • Establish and develop a professional relationship with the organization's clients
  • Periodically prepares synthesis materials and presentations
  • Active participation in internal meetings
  • As part of the role the successful candidate will be provided with a fully expensed company car (for business use), phone and all necessary IT equipment
