We’re looking for a smart and dynamic English-speaking colleague for our EMEA Professional Services team.
You will be located at our offices in Cluj and will be working closely, yet remotely, with the EMEA Professional Services leaders.
As a Personal Assistant you will have the following responsibilities :
Assisting the leaders on all critical Professional Services processes related to invoicing, forecasting, reporting
Project support - decision tracking, meeting minutes, follow-ups
Project support - Assisting with meeting co-ordination / room & resource reservations
Quality management - Assisting with the review of documents for consistency / grammatical / formatting errors
Quality management - Document control for published version
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Oversee and track the newcomer integration
Ensure administrative support for internal and external training initiatives
Travel / hotel arrangements : monitor the bookings, so that they are being made according to the procedure, and prepare a report in this respect
Expense note review / approval
Overview of time project codes
Solve on-the-go problems
Qualifications and Skillset
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, European Studies, Communication & PR, Faculty of Letters or similar
We are looking for :
Business fluency in English (written and oral). Other languages (German, French, Dutch) are a plus
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Availability for occasional travel abroad.
Able to learn fast and work autonomously in an international environment
Able to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Adaptable to change and at ease in a quickly evolving context
Committed to accuracy and completeness
Responsible, very methodical and very organized
