Knight Frank is seeking a candidate for the role of Business Intelligence Developer to join Strategic Consulting EMEA Department.

The consultancy practice is headquartered in London but is developing a Centre of Excellence for Analytics in Warsaw.

The Strategic Consulting EMEA has service lines that include Workplace Strategy and Change Management, Portfolio Strategy and Location Strategy.

The Business Intelligence Developer will support consulting projects across all service lines, although mainly in managing and developing the Activity and Customer Experience Platform (ACE).

This is a platform that integrates data from wi-fi, access control, telecoms data and workplace apps to understand how businesses are using their office space.

Responsibilities

Data analysis (mining, processing, extracting information)

Building webapps / interactive dashboards (Python, R, PowerBI)

Maintaining website design

Managing web security

Activity and Customer Experience Platform (ACE) development

Visualisation of data to feed into reports and presentations

Professional experience and personal skills profile

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Developer with at least 2 years’ experience.

Qualifications / Education Required

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or any quantitative discipline (Math, Statistics, Economics).

Particular Aptitudes / Skills Required

A self-motivated individual with a can-do’ attitude and a determination to succeed

Ability to interpret and analyse data from multiple sources using multivariable calculus or linear algebra

An inquisitive mind and desire to innovate and develop new tools

Strong analytical and statistical skill sets with strong attention to detail with experience in SQL databases

Excellent data visualisation skills

English full professional proficiency

Work and residence permit in Poland

Systems & IT competence

Programming expertise in R, Python or JavaScript and basic understanding of machine learning

Power BI

Knowledge of MS Azure

HTML, CSS, SQL (nice to have)
