As an Order and Processing Specialist, you will :
Provide support in clarifying complex technical questions from the client, in collaboration with other departments involved in the project and assess the feasibility of field data;
Prepare the installation plans based on the information received from the sales department and the assembly department via the SAP system and using specific programs;
If necessary, carry out on-site inspections and ensure the accuracy of the measurements;
Manage the project, including planning, resources, and capacity for the respective project;
Managing project-related tasks in order to achieve project objectives in a timely manner by meeting the quality and safety standards as well as customer satisfaction requirements throughout the project;
Effective project management, operative and timely communication with all stakeholders, especially with customer representatives.
Elaborating regular project reports;
Following the project from contract signing to customer delivery, including all legal requirements.
Mobility needs YOU! We are looking for :
Technical studies - mechanical or electrical engineering;
Excellent communication skills;
Project management skills;
Ability to multitask, prioritise and perform effectively under pressure, while maintain focus on delivering an excellent experience to the customers;
Self-motivated and able to work independently;
Excellent Excel knowledge; Experience in working with SAP is a plus;
Fluent Romanian and good command of English.
