The Global Procurement Center (GPC) in Cluj is an organization combining procurement knowledge, cultural diversity and a drive for excellence.

The team of almost 300 colleagues is working closely with over 50.000 users, throughout more than 20 countries where Bombardier operates.

For our Global Procurement Center based in Cluj-Napoca

we are looking for a KPI Reporting Senior Analyst

Scope of the role

You will manage the required processes in our ERP systems / tools (in accordance to specific task allocation) in line with the global Indirect Goods and Services Procurement processes including PMO KPI creation, Supplier Performance Monitoring, Data Management, Supply Base Management, Tools deployment, Documentation retrieval, Supplier Quality assurance related tasks, and any other Procurement related activities.

Your responsibilities :

Download data from specific ERPs / tools, maintain and analyze reports and dashboards following standard Procedures

Update, develop and improve different reports as per request from stakeholders and ensure on-time submission

Perform quality checks on reports in scope

Support monitoring of supplier performance

Offer support to the implementation of all process related changes required by the Site / Region / CORE

Manage non-standard requests

Apply consistently the Procurement processes and tools

Develop understanding of Procurement and Supply Chain business practices

Share working knowledge on processes and tools

Ensure that escalations and requests on hold are progressed

Ensure effective communication and customer focused behavior

Take part in customer satisfaction reviews and projects

Deal with complex customer queries in an efficient and professional manner

Support process improvement through identifying and implementing improvement ideas that drive efficiency and increase quality of deliverables

Offer training for new joiners and refresher training whenever required, updating other Team Members when the process change is happening

Qualifications

Master or Bachelor’s degree

Relevant experience in a multinational environment ideal

Procurement experience an advantage, but not prerequisite

Proficiency in written and spoken English

1-3 years’ experience in a relevant position

Understanding of business processes, technical and operational expertise, good analytical skills, good communication skills in English and other language(s)

Solid level in Microsoft Office Applications and ERPs.
