As a member of the Employee Insights & Technology team, you’ll be working as an Insights Partner for our International teams.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the business and key HR stakeholders with metrics and insights to inform data driven people decisions.
Additionally, you’ll partner with other members of the Insights & Tech team to design and implement new metrics while ensuring our processes result in high quality data.
What you’ll do
Collaborate with Adobe’s regional HR teams to understand key business priorities and curate actionable people metrics and insights
Analyze and interrupt large and complex people data sets to distill insights; connect disparate ideas into cohesive, well-grounded recommendations
Design & develop self-service dashboards and scalable analytics solutions for Business Leaders and HR.
Work on project teams to design actionable metrics & analytics from a variety of different sources.
Socializing and ensuring consistency around data quality through education and process improvements.
Prioritize and support ad hoc requests for analysis from regional HR teams.
What you need to succeed
Experience transforming and analyzing people data from multiple sources to drive business insights
Strong ability to deliver executive presentations that tell a compelling story using analytics relevant to the audience.
Experience with analytics and visualization tools, such as Power BI, Visier
Build advanced predictive models and statistical analyses using statistical software
Excellent communication skills and experience successfully partnering with non analysts to drive improved outcomes for the business through analytics.
Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and highly confidential data
