  • Answer calls and emails, document and record all incidents / requests submitted with the ticket management system;Manage requests for finance processes (internal and external) and provide a solution;
  • Reconcile accounts payable when necessary;Conduct root cause analysis, identify problem / gap and provide solution;Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems;
  • Share knowledge by contributing to the creation / update of team procedures and documents;Perform any other duties related to the activities of the Resolution and Support Team;
  • RequirementsKnowledge of French (B2+);Knowledge of English (B2+);Excellent communication skills;-Experience in customer service -

  • nice to have;Knowledge of the procurement process until payment;Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;Basic knowledge of Oracle or other ERP an asset;
  • University degree (in economics is an asset) or relevant work experience;
