Wolters Kluwer is looking to build a new Global Talent Sourcing team in Cluj, Romania and you can be part of creating a new function that impacts over 19.
000 employees and a team of more than 60 Talent Acquisition specialists. You will innovate, bring ideas, brainstorm, and implement cutting-edge marketing-based sourcing strategies to attract the best employees.

What are your essential duties and responsibilities?
You will take a lot of actions and they are going to look quite different each week; below is the tip of the iceberg for some of them;
Partner with the talent acquisition team members to develop and execute sourcing strategies
Build talent pools / pipelines for Hard-to-fill or recurrent positions within Wolters Kluwer;
Active and Passive candidate identification through a number of talent sourcing methodologies : Talent mapping competitor functions, Search methodology / traditional headhunting techniques and social / professional platforms, Beamery, X-ray Boolean searches via Social media platforms / niche job board CV databases / search engine sourcing, Professional (Associations, Career Fairs / events, Alumni / University) networking, social networking and analytics / traffic source intelligence;
Screening, contacting, and phone discussion with potential candidates, building and delivering the shortlist;
Make initial candidate contact and build relationships / networks with prospects in order to present Wolters Kluwer employer value proposition, gauge interest, screen / qualify and generate further leads;
Investigate, monitor, and apply recent / ongoing market trends regarding fresh innovative sourcing techniques;
Manage applicant tracking system and talent communities for maximum results while researching new sourcing tools and technologies;
Drive job posting optimization initiatives and identifies opportunities to refine the talent sourcing process;
Strategic and operational Market mapping based on the Talent Acquisition strategy and on request;
What would be great to see reflected in you as a person?
A minimum of 6 months of experience working with technical, sales, legal, and finance candidate profiles or within an agency or multinational company;
You will need to be comfortable sourcing at high volumes, for different profiles in different Global markets;
Ideally have experience in talent pooling, sourcing via Social media channels, and market mapping competitor functions;
Boolean search, organic search, and SEO skills would be a plus;
Experience working in a multinational company environment would be a plus;
In-depth knowledge of Social Media platforms and MS Office suite;
Ability to understand, retain complex information quickly and to influence others with arguments;
Good at building relationships across levels and internal / external organizations;
An unfathomable desire to figure things out;
Very good spoken and written English skills;
