We are looking for an organized, innovative, process driven colleague to join our team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include :

  • Daily reconciliation of all bank statements processed and control that all temporary unallocated payments are booked on the adequate accounts and cost center’s
  • Daily reconciliation of dedicated accounts
  • You resolve unallocated payments and clarify questions with the operating department
  • You perform dunning and collection procedures (incl. impairments, write-offs, and statistics);
  • You process reports on a regular basis to ensure performance requirements
  • You may assist finance functions : RTR, Controlling, Sales and / or cost accounting data or reconciliations
  • You respond to specific questions from business stakeholders and clarifies situations when necessary
  • You build strong professional relationships and excellent collaboration with the local Business Units
  • You propose and implement necessary enhancements to ensure business excellence while reaching service level agreements
  • You handle the queries / issues in accordance with Finance policies, SOX alignment, and with a customer service attitude in mind for both internal and external clients
  • You respect the monthly / quarterly / annual activity schedule with accuracy and integrity checks
  • You participate in the transfer and transition of activities from Local units, including work instructions documentation
  • You are actively involved in Finance projects & initiatives related to activity efficiency and quality improvement
  • Skills we can’t do without :

  • Educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
  • Min 2-year experience in a shared service center environment, accounting, or financial area
  • E2E knowledge of Order-to-Cash processes, additional exposure would be a plus eg. GL
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of working in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and CODA (would be a plus)
  • English at a very good level; additional foreign language is a plus
