Management of the production area (Production Planning / AV, process planning, quality management, leadership, supervision and capacity planning)

Optimization of existing production facilities and systems in terms of quality and productivity

Ensuring on time, specifications and quality-oriented production

Continuous optimization of production processes and product optimization to increase quality and to reduce manufacturing costs

Ensure the required quality of the products. Achieving the customer required quality objectives. Introduction and control of quality improvement measures on the product and in the manufacturing process, including continuous improvement process measures

Collaboration with suppliers and customers in terms of quality and production planning

Disciplinary and professional management of the production team

requirements :

Sound technical education (HTL, master teaching mechanical engineering or equivalent education)

At least 4 years of international experience as a production manager / production manager, ideally in the automotive supply industry

In-depth knowledge in production technologies, project management and manufacturing and logistics processes; distinct cost and quality thinking

Recognized leadership skills and excellent communication skills

Assertiveness, "hands-on" mentality

Responsibility and quality consciousness

Flexibility, initiative and commitment

Business fluent in English, spoken and written, German an advantage
