We have a great opportunity for a Sr Materials Project Management Analyst , to join our Honeywell team in Lugoj! As a key member of supply planning team within our BHQ division,reporting to Director Materials (interim basis whilst we fill the LugojMaterials Leader role), you will be ensuring best practice and process rigorsupporting performance, inventory planning, production planning, supplyplanning and financial planning across each of the Line of Business (LoB);
Fire, BMS and Security + SPS. You will play a key role in consistent andsustained business growth while enabling inventory / working capitaloptimization.
This role works closely with x-functional team members fromSales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and General Management to drive thefull SIOP process, analytics, and business enablement.

Provide detail analytical, statistical support and data intelligence from of ERP / SAP, Artisan, Business Objects, SalesForce.
com (SFDC) and Tableau sources
Develop models to evaluate potential and identify the value of next best option or alternative for business growth / development
Use standard Project Management Tools to develop project strategies, budgets, schedules, project plans, and lead transition activities
Lead projects and activities from end to end; from early initiation, feasibility and strategy phases to post execution between Business Teams, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, various other support organizations, and potentially Honeywell suppliers, to develop strategies and execute plans for improved customer experiences through best in class solutions
Establish and own the Program Management Operating System (MOS)
Capable of both handling strategic vision and driving detailed / tactical execution
Conduct formal project risk assessments and develops risk mitigation plans
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline with >
7+ years of directly related experience
Strong Project Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Business Operations or Functional Support
Project / Program management experience in a multifunctional environment, demonstrated Program Management skills, PMP certification desirable
Strong understanding of system and data relationships, (where data comes from, goes and supports)
Good business acumen
Business acumen with the ability to design / implement solutions that enable ease of decision making
Systems access expertise, ability to connect and automate (understanding common system interfaces)
