We are looking for a brilliant Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist to help us improve user experience and conversion rate performance through data analysis, insight cultivation, A / B and MVT testing.

The ideal candidate will have extensive demonstrable experience and passion for conversion optimization, personalization, and usability, towards given goals.

The role will focus on optimization research, planning, testing strategy and implementation, management and reporting on projects and stand-alone optimization deliverables.


  • plan, execute and manage high-quality landing page optimization projects
  • test to improve customer experience and increase site conversion
  • provide ideas for increasing net profitability and LTV
  • spot and troubleshoot existing issues within the existing landing pages
  • get involved in the landing page design process of new landing pages
  • work closely with the analytics executive to make data-driven decisions
  • stay up to date on the latest CRO news and trends
  • have some fun while doing it
  • Knowledge & Experience

  • proven experience in digital marketing optimisation on large projects
  • experience in using main-stram A / B and MVT testing technologies
  • good understanding of the optimization industry including the usage of ML and AI
  • some experience in managing optimization using marketing automation tools
  • excellent understanding of how to use web analytics
  • some design, HTML, CSS skills would be an advantage
  • able to act independently as well as collaboratively
  • excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • able to prioritize work in a multitasking environment
  • not necessarily all of the above skills but still a quick learner with a passion for CRO
