ODC is a dynamic business unit made up of acombination of several legacy acquisitions. The Business Analyst will work to draftand complete UAT test scripts, perform regression testing, work with developersto report and resolve bugs, and create step by step job aids for ODCgo-to-market teams, and help prepare the organization for a smoother transitionto Operational Integration with Oracle tools and procedures. Must becomfortable in adaptive organization, responsive, able to work through facilitatingand delivering process UAT, cross training Business Operations, Sales andAccount Management testers and preparing materials that support rolloutsunified streamlined business processes and systems.
ResponsibilitiesInclude: Partners with process owners and project managers to evaluate, document, and complete user acceptance testing on net new processes and tools for net new process improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, quality, or customer satisfaction and/or reduce expenses Executetest scripts and QA automation across range of legacy ODC acquisition tools(Salesforce.com and related plug ins), standard Oracle tools (OSC, CPQ, Q, DAS,SPM, Service Cloud, CLM etc), and product delivery workflows as part of thesales process. Work with project manager and engineers to identity and resolveissues Identifypossible risks or pain points with completing the process to inform futureimprovements and clarity needed in go-to-market facing documentation Documentdetailed user guides for new processes, cross train Business Operations andEnablement teams on changes, support creation of materials to prepare forcommunication with ODC global Sales and Account Management teams Reviewbusiness, functional and technical requirements to create test plans and testcases. Create testplans and test cases, and work through the end-to-end testing processes. Evaluateand test new or modified software programs to verify that the programs functionaccording to business requirements. Partner with enablement team to prepare user training documents and delivers user training for newly developed applications, assists with update/creation of high-level business process documentation Support QA and documentation required for ODC operational integration Phases. Phase 2 anticipated to complete this year, final phases within 3 years
RequirementsInclude: 4-7 yearsof business analyst, experience with software and tool rollouts, regressiontesting and test coordination Understandingof SaaS and usage sales processes and experience working on product deliveryworkflows Experienceusing standard Oracle framework tools (OSC, CPQ, Q, DAS, SPM, Service Cloud,CLM) Experienceusing sales enablement tools (Winmo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DocuSign WalkMe)and internal tools (JIRA, product provisioning tools) Ability to communicateclearly and manage needs and expectations of stakeholders and business leadersat varying levels Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and JIRA,Selenium is a plus. Experience with Unified Functional Testing (UFT) Automated Regression Testing Backgroundin user-facing documentation and job aids appropriate for a sales or clientsupport role to reference when working to complete a process flow Excellentcommunication skills, analytical skills, and attention to detail
