Snr Manager, EMEA Applications Renewals Sales Success Reporting to the VP, EMEA Applications Renewals, you will be responsible for driving the success of the Renewals Business for EMEA Applications by leading a team of Renewal Sales Success Representatives in Oracle Romania.

The successful candidate has experience in influencing senior stakeholders on our Applications renewals strategy. You will manage a team of efficient & skilled Renewals Sales Success Representatives to support Application Sales Reps in the SaaS renewal process.

You will have proven experience of managing a diverse team, understanding the sales cycle and how to optimize investment to achieve maximum potential. REPONSIBILITIES :

  • Create and lead a team of Renewal Sales Success Representatives supporting the EMEA Applications organisation.
  • Supporting Sales Directors in driving renewals with timely and programmatic execution.
  • Plan resources around workload, revenue priorities and deadlines for the quarter and the year.
  • Support Sales Directors to drive the renewal forecast at cluster level.
  • Recruit, on-board and coach Renewal Sales Success Representatives with focus on excellence and execution.
  • Set goals, objectives and KPI’s and review / monitor the performance of the team and act to ensure targets and business objectives are achieved.
  • Support Tier-1 approval for the renewal business.
  • Drive back-office efficiency and velocity within the Renewal Sales Success team.
  • Establishing strong cross-functional relationships with key Oracle stakeholders (e.g. Approvals team, Deal Management, Finance, Legal & Operations).
  • CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS : LEADERSHIP :

  • Experienced manager, capable of managing a diverse team.
  • Proven track record of executing renewal successes and / or sales support / back office leadership experience.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with stakeholders across Oracle’s lines.
  • High levels of energy, passion, creativity and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills. EXPERIENCE :
  • Experience in a cloud renewals environment.
  • Experience managing sales support / operational teams.
  • A strong understanding of our Applications product portfolio and SaaS offerings. As part of Oracle’s employment process candidates will be required to complete a pre-

    Detailed Description and Job Requirements

    Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency. Provides business practices and processes. Drives policies and procedures that monitor and support the organization*s operational and financial business objectives.

    Provides analysis and advice to management in the areas of operations, resource management, finance, revenue accounting, pricing, and / or contracts.

    May also be responsible for administration, knowledge management, and / or communications.

    Develops and monitor PandL forecasts. Develops and monitor metrics to measure other key performance indicators and group performance.

    Performs competitive analysis. Creates pricing strategy and cost accounting (business modeling) for projects. Reviews contracts for terms, pricing and approvals.

    Work with account team to close deals. Interfaces with client to resolve contract / delivery disputes. May be responsible for directing resource management staff, ensuring maximum utilization.

    May be involved with compensation and bonus process. Manage at least two direct reports.

    Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and / or functional peer group managers.

    May interact with senior management. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors / omissions corrected.

    For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired.
