Hi! We are Digital Delivery, IPPM Team.

We are an agile team working on the maintenance and support of IPPM (Intelligent Parts Pricing Management) application, delivered for Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks, Volvo Buses, Volvo Penta and used all over the world.

Currently we are the team of 13 professionals located in Poland, India and Sweden. Our team consists of System Analysts / Application Supports, Testers, BI Developers, Business Analysts and Solution Lead.

Now we are looking for someone who will help us in system analysis and daily support for the global users of our application.

ABOUT YOU

You are a quick learner.

You have very good troubleshooting skills.

You know how to support global users and team members.

You have experience with ITSM processes and tools.

You have basic knowledge about :

Cloud (Azure)

IBM WebSphere MQ

XML, JSON

Programming in Python - nice if you wield.

You speak English fluently.

YOUR DAILY WORK

Securing service availability by analyzing and resolving incidents.

Monitoring applications and identifying bugs and potential solutions.

Working with global business users, other technical team members and suppliers to ensure a stable delivery.

Securing knowledge sharing and documentation.
