Within this fabulous role you'll be driving Sales and global business development initiatives / strategies across Europe.
The key is to grow and expand!!
You'll own P&L in line with their European annual business plan
You'll develop and win bids within Contact Centre / End User / Customer Experience solutions
Build key stakeholder relationships to generate new biz dev opportunities
Eligible to work and live in Europe with no restriction
Excellent English (C1)
Experience winning global BPO contracts exceeding $2-10M
Strong consultative sales approach (hunter mentality)
Ability to forge strong leading relationships with global C-level executives and internal management
Proven track record in generating and closing complex BPO / Contact Centre deals (min 3-4 years, max 5-6)
Innovative team player with the energy, creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit to achieve success.
