We have an exciting opportunity for you as Regional HR Manager.
You work closely with the Regional General Manager and the Regional management team to understand future business objectives and to develop regional HR strategies and solutions to meet these objectives according to external local dynamic talent markets and always aligning with Group’s HR strategy.
You are responsible for implementing Hire to Retire (HtR) processes and proactively attracting, developing and retaining quality local talent in the region.
Also, you have to ensure a high level of employee engagement that is maintained on a regional level.
You drive the development of the regional HR strategy, the setup of HR processes, procedures and systems. Ensuring that a high-quality HR services are provided on a regional level to meet business objectives.
You proactively develop opportunities to connect with the employees throughout East Europe to understand the dynamics of our Customer Center and model the feedback culture.
You safeguard the Atlas Copco culture, values and drive diversity and inclusion in the region. Partnering with people managers in the region, you will provide expert HR guidance and coaching on a variety of HR matters.
You develop and implements Learning & Development initiatives to ensure sustainable growth.
You ensure compliance with Group policies and local laws.
You promote and utilize digital solutions with ownership of data quality. Maintain HR metrics and analyze HR data to drive business-focused solutions.
You implement the Group’s HR initiatives or programs.
You prepare HR related material and participate in Management and Company review meetings.
You report directly to the Regional General Manager, you will be a member of the regional management team and you will be based in one of the countries of PT EE region (Poland, Czech Republic, Romania).

What we expect of you
To be passionate about working with people proven with up to 3 years of experience in a similar role or more than 5 years as a Specialist in talent management.
Genuinely being interested in connecting with people to understand the other side . Proactively seeking for opportunities to build a warm connection to our team, either in person or other digital ways without compromising on quality and intimacy.
Economics, Business Administration or Social Studies education graduate with a master’s degree in HRM.
To be a native speaker of one of the languages in the countries of PT EE region and to have advanced written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
To be an experienced user of MS Office 365 apps and tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, Power BI) with the desire to learn and use new systems.
You have working experience with HR digital tools (HR data, Performance Management, Target Setting and Evaluation, Learning Management System).
Previous experience with multi-site, multi-cultural, multi-functional organizations or with good sense for different cultures and a keen interest in people, virtual communication skills
To be able to travel in the East Europe Customer Center when the business needs require so.
You can be proactive, creative, prioritize your work, and handle multiple assignments in a timely manner, as the role requires to work independently with limited supervision.
