Your day-to-day responsibilities include :

  • You coordinate the delivery of required deliverables according to SLAs or project specifications, company and industry standards and ways of working, Company / Finance guidelines / Policies, and specific KPIs;
  • You assure support to the Team on the operational activities : posting invoices while accurately reviewing, coding and processing vendor and Intercompany invoices, journal entries, perform reconciliations or analysis in line with the documented processes for the countries assigned
  • You are responsible to supervise, plan and delegate tasks regarding day to day activities to team members;
  • You are a Point of contact for technical queries coming from the team in order to avoid operational disruption;
  • You are responsible for Mentoring / Training Development & Performance process for the team in his / her area of responsibility.
  • You manage the Annual Performance Review by providing a summary and rating of the results achieved in the past year
  • Offers support and guidance in the onboarding of newcomers
  • Promote and drive process standardization and improvements as per internal or corporate needs.
  • Skills we can’t do without :

  • Educational background in Economics / Accounting / Finance
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a shared service centre environment, accounting or financial area
  • Team management skills
  • E2E knowledge of Purchase-to-Pay processes, additional exposure would be a plus e.g. AR, GL
  • Language capabilities : French or Italian or Spanish and English at very good level;
  • Knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
  • Organized, with a good self-discipline, initiative & results driven
  • Team spirit, positive attitude, willing to learn new things,
  • Skills we’d like :

  • Comfortable working in cross-functional teams (matrix environment)
  • Additional foreign language
  • Ability to work well independently & collaboratively, with proactivity and an open-minded attitude
