The Global System Integrators (GSIs) became very important for the Sales success of HP.
As our relationship becomes stronger with GSI , we see more -more end customers Deals being routed through GSI . The market is moving strongly towards contractual models and focusing on end user experience.
This is where GSIs play a major role with their transformational sales approach and outsourcing projects.
The GSI Enablement Manager will play a key role in management of our top GSIs. He will be responsible to manage the end-to-end relationship with the GSI from an operational point of view.
This includes amongst other things, the set up new GSIs, to ensure Service Level Agreements are met, to manage large escalations and to solve complex issues, to translate the needs of the GSI into an operational plan, to strive for continuous efficiency improvements,
He will be required to work closely together with the operational teams in Sales Operations, Supply Chain and GSI Services, as well as Sales, Pricing, Legal, Credit & Collection and country management.
Consults with GSI and (local) sales team on Direct / Indirect capabilities
Designs procurement solution which exceeds GSI expectations within the scope of Direct delivery capabilities and cost to serve targets.
Work closely with AOM , CSSM & Services delivery team for timely rollout of the new signed deals.
Project manages the implementation of the solution
Be a catalyst between GSI operations team & HP internal operations team .
Closely work with the Sales Ops to ensure timely rollout of Product & Pricing Catalogue Deployment & Maintenance
Ensure the sales operations support costs are factored in the GSI Deals
Manages GSI expectations through effective communication about HP direct order fulfilment capabilities and delivery performance
As trusted HP direct advisor contributes to relationship building with the GSI
Enables unique digital user experience and promoting and deploying B2Bi capabilities, or any other HP solution
Identifies opportunities for improving GSI satisfaction and driving profitable business growth, specifically contractual business.
Proactively identifies and drives initiatives to simplify account specific operational processes
Education and Experience Required
University or Bachelor’s degree.
Typically 8-10 years of Experience
Project implementation, Operation & Managing Customer Experience are key
Min, 2yrs experience in Analytics , Process re-engineering & TCE management will be a added advantage.
Knowledge and Skills
Should Have good knowledge of HP tools & systems is must
Able to Design new simplified Processes.
Forecasting, planning and reporting skills in relation to partner.
Should have good Analytical skill to Monitors account metrics and drives corrective actions measures service levels, cost to serve, GSI satisfaction Make sure that all MoC initiatives are delivered to the GSI, for new or upgraded tools and processes impacting GSI experience
Multi-BU (Business Unit), multi-year with region.
Coordinate across BU.
