What will your job be about

Drive continuous improvement process

Drive root cause investigations for internal plant issues

Responsible to check process changes implementation

Assess process preventive corrective actions robustness

Perform system, process and product audits as per ISO TS

Elaborate related work instructions, visual aids and Process Control plan

Participates at APQP documents draw-up. Plans and coordinates the PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documentation draw up and provides them to customers in order to obtain PSW (Part Submission Warrant)

What We Are Looking For

Technical University Degree (graduate diploma)

Analytical mindset

Demonstrable skills in leading quality improvement

English language - good to advanced level

Previous work experience in automotive industry is a plus

Previous work experience in assembly is a plus

Previous work experience in quality aria is a plus

Open mind and open for continuous learning in order to improve self and organization performance

Strong project-management skills, sense of ownership, urgency and drive
