SUMMARY OF ROLE
Identify, analyze and prioritize incremental growth opportunities for the Regulator and Pressure Relief Valves business in Romania primary and support other countries of the South-East Europe Area (Customer’s presentation, special events).
Define necessary strategies to penetrate target markets. Support the Sales and Marketing organization in their efforts to develop new business opportunities.
SPECIFIC JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop new business opportunities into the SE Europe region :
Identify and develop business opportunities for the Industrial Regulator and Pressure Relief Valves in areas currently uncovered.
Work with the Major KA (OMV Petrom, Lukoil) to promote the Regulator and Pressure Relief Valves solutions.
Driving constant growth in the area by adding sales channels and market penetration
Develop relationships to organically grow customer accounts
Define the product offering range and pricing level for the area
Forecast long and short-range market potential in the area for Management’s analysis
Develop, propose and execute development plans in order to grant constant growth in Europe
Project Pursuit Activities for the brown and Green field investments
Support and develop current sales & marketing organization :
Support current sales organization and grant best possible performance
Achieve the annual Bookings on SE Europe for Regulators Business Unit
Develop strategy for increasing market share and develop possible growth
Strengthen relationships with our top customers
Create tools for being in constantly touch with the market and knowing main project quotations, wins / losses, market trends, future needs and possible development
Coordinate and participate in customer sales presentations
Develop tools to improve effectiveness of the sales
Evaluating competition and comparing their market position, product portfolio and capabilities to our own and develop strategies to improve our market penetration
Identify new product opportunities
Interface across Emerson
Adhere to Emerson Ethical values at all time
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Engineering degree or comparable technical education.
At least 5 years sales experience in the industrial market.
Business development experience.
Strong PC user.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Be an action oriented, self motivated, results driven sales person.
Be a team player willing to work with other sales people in the region and globally.
Fluent in English.
Willing to travel in the region and international.
