Position belongs to : Professional Sales Division : Selling cleaning & sanitation products, cleaning machines, tools systems and services to customers such as hotels, restaurants, retail companies, cleaning companies, healthcare institutions, direct or via distributors Reports to : District Sales Manager Romania Main responsibilities Highly focused on seeking new business opportunities, new customers via distributor or direct and new applications on existing customers in Southern Romania Develop and maintain an active prospects list, always enriched from new market data as a base for the strategic growth plan development Build positive relationships to generate new sales, cross selling and repeated business Prioritize and schedule activities in order to meet the targets and company’s requirements Auditing the customer’s sites to understand the needs and so to build a tailored and valuable offer Train customer’s personnel in how to use products and follow procedures Prepare, present and negotiate the offer with limits of authority according to the company policy Work in close relationships with company’s marketing, technical and customer service departments in order to achieve customer satisfaction Maintain and develop the relationship at existing customers at all levels and provide the valuable service to maintain the status of preferred supplier Monitor and report competitor activity Skills & Competences Hunter profile Perseverance and energy to achieve objectives Drive for results Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to deal effectively with all levels of customer contacts Ability to perform multi-tasking , handling & solving customer issues Versatility and resilience to pressure Strong interpersonal skills, team player Proven experience in sales (2-4 years) B2B University graduate, computer literate Strong English language skills Clean driving license Compensation package Competitive salary base Sales incentive of 15% of Annual Gross Salary for 100% achievement of Sales Targets Meal vouchers Life insurance Medical insurance Vacation allowance Easter and Christmas allowance Eligible to receive other benefits available as per our current benefits policy
