Work closely with the HR Teams and offer support for accounts updates
Contribute to HCM HR processes automation
Open accounts for New Hires in Oracle HCM database for all group entities
Perform HR data updates based on request
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 1 year of previous work experience in a similar role
Previous experience in HR Data entry / HR Admin / Recruitment is considered a plus
Excellent attention to details
Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills
Self-motivated, proactive with a can-do attitude
Very well organized and a good time manager
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in English & Romanian
