  • Work closely with the HR Teams and offer support for accounts updates
  • Contribute to HCM HR processes automation
  • Open accounts for New Hires in Oracle HCM database for all group entities
  • Perform HR data updates based on request
  • Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of previous work experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in HR Data entry / HR Admin / Recruitment is considered a plus
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive with a can-do attitude
  • Very well organized and a good time manager
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business in English & Romanian
