Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS :
Respect the Quality Cost and Deadlines objectives, regulatory constraints, standards and rules, development processes and logic of conception specific to the profession :
oManages and realizes the conception of the process means / installations in his perimeter.
o Ensures the development of specific process means / installations according to the requirements of the specifications.
o Provides suppliers with the numerisations and other necessary technical data.
o He is responsible for the technical convergence. Make feasibility studies and check also the accesabilitiy in the line (CATIA mandatory).
o Propose modern technical solutions, efficient and cheaper in exploatation.
oFollows and pilots the documentation of the process means / installations in his perimeter
o Participates in the general studies of the line before establishing the specifications of the means / equipment.
o Drafts the Tender Documents for the process means / installations within its perimeter in compliance with Renault standards and norms
o Capitalizes on the knowledge in the profession by creating / drafting standards
oPilots and validates the technical agreements (ATFE, ATPL, ATFMR, ATMP...) for the production means :
o Check and validate the technical documentation received from suppliers
Following the prior express request of the employer, it effectively carries out activities of applied research and development and / or technological development,
under the conditions established by the incident legislation in force
DELIVERABLES AND PERFORMANCE INDICATORS :
Deliverables :
o specifications for means / installations.
o security note for each means / installation.
o Reception minutes (ATFE, ATPL, ATFMR, ATMP...) for each means / installation.
Indicator : compliance with project planning, technical requirements and objectives Quality Cost and Deadlines.
