Senior Recruiter : part of the team that will contribute to the future of E-mobility
Establish and maintain regular Hiring Meetings with hiring managers to stay abreast of current and future hiring and business needs;
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting;
Prepare and send accurate hiring offers according to internal rules;
Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Perform search for candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking;
Internet recruiting resources, media, recruiting firms and / or employee referrals;
Create a recruiting and interviewing plan for the open positions;
Conduct regular follow up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
Select the best suitable candidates for the open position;
Organize and perform interviews session and tests;
Maintain all applicants and interview data in recruiting database.
Onboarding : sustain HR Processes after recruiting phase for employees to have a smooth integration (Induction and contact to Operation Center for operational topics).
Experience in performing recruiting and selection activities within engineering or IT area;
An overview on HR Processes in an organization
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills;
Planning and organizing;
University degree in Psychology, Economics or relevant;
