Manage the preventive, corrective and reactive maintenance and day to day service requirements in a timely and cost-effective manner on national level;
Manage soft services related to facility management (Ex. : cleaning, DDD, snow removal, reception) on national level;
Identify, propose and coordinate cost saving activities regarding utilities, maintenance, building works, facility services on national level;
Inspect the sites on national level;
Coordinate the activities of investments for spaces, buildings, equipment from Head Office;
Coordinate the facility management team from Head Office;
Small project management, creation of budget and activity plan for site improvements;
Coordinate the assigned projects in his field of activity on country level.
A minimum of 2 years prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality or related field;
Understanding of basic technical aspects of property : HVAC systems, mechanical and electrical systems. constructions;
Problem solving skills : capacity to deal with new, ambiguous, complex problems and solve them effectively;
Be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies related FM;
University Degree (technical discipline is a plus);
English knowledge - medium level ;
MS Office knowledge - medium level;
AutoCAD course (optional);
Availability to travel 30% of the working time.
