As a Data Engineer, you'll use your professional expertise to enhance and support our next generation Data Warehouse and Reporting Platforms and environments.
Working in an agile environment, this position will partner with lines of business around the globe, collaborating across both administrative and functional areas of the company.
This position works side-by-side with other data engineers, data architects and analysts utilizing expert hands-on data development skills

Strong desire to learn new skills and adapt to new technologies while maintaining attention to detail
Converting product requirements into a well thought through, cleanly designed data integration solutions in a cloud-based data warehouse environment
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer programming, computer engineering or related field preferred, or comparable job-related experience and training
3-5 years of relevant work experience
AWS certification, preferred
Experience developing data migration processes
Experience working in a cloud-based data warehouse environment
Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps process
SQL query development, performance tuning and management
Data Integrations tools (like Matillion, Talend, SSIS, Datastage)
Databases (Snowflake, MS SQL Server, Redshift and MySQL preferred)
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and learning skills
Must be a self-starter and highly organized
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers in both, technology and the business
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to present ideas in a user-friendly language
Comfortable working with all levels of the organization
Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented
Ability to work in a highly collaborative and consensus driven environment and comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment
Hands on Data modeling and AI / ML experience, would be a plus
Prior experience in health care industry a plus

Normal office environment with extensive use of computer.
Business travel, as necessary (+10%)
