Check out your future responsibilities below :
Sourcing Process managing the requests for quotations, negotiations, price checks comming from location & from Purchasing strategic projects;
Purchase Order Management checking & approving the purchase orders in the systems;
Contract Management ckecking, negotiating & concluding contracts for items or services which are to be purchased;
Supplier Management - managing the escalation comming from location related to late deliveries, quality issues, reaction, etc;
developing supplier database and ensure the collaboration with strategic suppliers; obtaining the mandatory documents needed from suppliers for the collaboration;
Purchasing Strategic projects management creating & managing projects which bring financial gain & process improvements for the Company in accordance to the local Purchasing Strategy.
Qualifications Essential Skills / Qualifications :
Background : economics, business, international relations, SCM;
Advanced negotiation skills / Experience 3 years in Purchasing and / or SCM;
Project management abilities;
Legal / juridic know-how;
Advanced English language skills;
Tools MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint);
Desirable Skills / Qualifications :
Self Driven & Dedicated;
Excellent communication & presentation skills;
Good time management skills;
Results & quality oriented;
