Level of young professionals or 1-3 years of experience
Commercial training, studies or knowledge of merchandise management systems
Simple SAP user knowledge (no support knowledge)
Experience with ticket systems
Basic experience in IT support
Very good knowledge of German (C1 level desired B2 minimum) and English language skills (spoken and written)

General requirements
Service hours between 08 : 00 - 19 : 00
40h week with 8 hours day shift model with 30min lunch break
Basic willingness to work on all weekdays (Monday to Friday) during the entire service time even on Romanian public holidays but not on German public holidays (following German calendar)
In very rare case and on request also Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
Microsoft Office knowledge (user level) in service desk activities corresponding previous knowledge or experience values
SLA relevant activities are always processed!
Training and onboarding remotely in Romania and sometimes in Germany onside the clients location
