What you'll be doing
As an RPA Development & Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and expertise to RPA Developers, perform robot deployments in various production scenarios, and develop your own automation projects based on the provided requirements.
Provide technical support to RPA Developers and RPA Solution Architects;
Provide technical insights to solution architects who define the architecture of automated processes;
Perform code review for UiPath automations before deploying them in the production environment;
Perform root cause analysis and identify solutions to prevent reoccurrences of incidents;
Develop automation projects using UiPath;
Extend UiPath automations via custom modules built in-house;
Schedule, administer and monitor robots in the operational environment;
Understand and remain fully aware of the business processes automated on the production platform;
Contribute to procedure documentation availability and update on regular basis;
Maintain effective relationships with core and extended program team members, peers, senior stakeholders and business managers;
Provide weekly reporting for the support activities
General IT skills
Background in IT, including minimum 2 years working in an international environment;
General understanding of various IT security concepts as they relate to production environments.
Ability to quickly adapt to and learn new software systems is mandatory.
General understanding of networking in an enterprise infrastructure.
Understanding & expertise on RPA methodology and knowledge of automation tools;
Proven completion of the UiPath Advanced Developer, Orchestrator, RPA Infrastructure, and Licensing trainings is mandatory;
Knowledge of, or certification on other RPA products is an advantage.
Proven programming experience on the .NET Framework, either with C# or VB.Net;
Knowledge on various types of scripting (e.g. VBA, PowerShell, Python) is an advantage;
Knowledge in Web Development is an advantage.
Excellent communication skills in French, both written and verbal, are mandatory
Good communication skills in English
Customer oriented / customer support skills;
Helpdesk experience is an advantage
Ability to work within an international and operational environment;
Ability to work autonomously;
Proactive, positive and objective attitude;
Well organized, detail-oriented attitude;
Strong team-player and self-started attitude;
Communication skills and ability to collaborate with developers, solution architects, clients, business consultants, and Project Managers.
