Our Exciting Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced professional with curiosity, high energy, hunger for success and who desires a role which will test their ability.
This person will lead our Strategy and Execution activities cross our +100 person Sourcing Services Center (SSC) with primary operations based in Romania, Mexico and China.
You will be challenged to generate value for Ericsson by driving our SSC to become a World Class Sourcing Enablement Function and by truly developing our Operational Sourcing muscle.
As the SSC Transformation Program lead you will coordinate between existing change programs, and bring your hands-on, proven delivery track record from previous SSC Transformations to build our SSC strategy for the future.
You will drive our SSC execution towards that 2023 strategy, including Service Line adoption, continuous improvement, and increased efficiency as the primary focus.
You will report directly to the Head of Sourcing Service Center and be part of the SSC leadership team!
and to develop and improve the execution of the unit. This position will be the program leader for SSC Transformation Program which will create a World Class Sourcing Enablement Function and develop our Operational Sourcing muscle , while coordinating with several other Focus Programs.
These programs include the Category Offload Program, the Onboarding Simplification Program, the Finance PtP Transformation Program, the Digital Lighthouse 12 Program, and the Transactional Sourcing Suite (TSS) Program.
The SSC Transformation Program will incorporate input from both internal and external sources!
This position is responsible to deliver business value and stakeholder satisfaction through efficient and effective application of the Sourcing Policy, Sourcing Directive and all relevant sourcing instructions and processes.
This responsibility includes identifying and influencing improvements to our Sourcing guiding documents.
This is an individual contributor position. You will have access to, and potential engagement with, every member of the SSC in the context of performance management, efficiency drive and continuous improvement.
This position will have responsibility to create and deliver monthly and ad hoc operational performance measures that visualize the SSC performance across all Service Lines and across all Balanced Scorecard KPIs and relevant measurements.
The primary interfaces for this position include the Head of SSC, the SSC Leadership Team, the Head of Sourcing Strategy & Execution (and team), the Head of Source to Agreement & Operations (and team), the Head of Purchase to Pay & Compliance (and team) and the Global Sourcing Leadership Team.
Given the broad set of interfaces, flexibility, cultural sensitivity and time zone coverage are important aspects.
