Job Description :
Solving hardware and software problems for the company's stakeholders in all infrastructure related topics;
Using basic laboratory skills to setup and troubleshoot problems;
Ensuring smooth functioning of various laboratory and manufacturing application systems;
Drafting clear and concise case notes and technical documentation;
Providing Level 1 End User Support when needed, ensuring that the defined Service Level agreements are met and the IT systems are functional.
Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant experience;
Knowledge of network principles (WAN / LAN) and hardware (Servers / Switches / Routers);
Experience with managing users, accounts and groups;
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Windows and experience with File Servers / Network Shared Drives / Shared Multifunction devices.
Nice to have :
Knowledge of Laboratory and Manufacturing Application Systems, Backup / Restore processes and Data Integrity Controls as per GxP compliance;
Exposure to Laboratory instruments and their related applications.
