Job DescriptionSet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, and take responsibility for meeting them
Build a sales pipeline that meets the needs of existing customers while facilitating expansion
Capitalize on opportunities to bring in new customers and markets
Identify inefficiencies in the sales pipeline and propose solutions
Maintain and update customer data in a CRM
Analyze customer needs and coordinate solutions with the Product and Engineering departments
Manage customer support requirements
Negotiate agreements with customers
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Advertising, or equivalent experience
Proven negotiating experience
Experience working directly with clients
Proficient written and spoken English
Enthusiastic networking skills
Patient customer service skills
