Thoroughly understand compensation plans for multiple business lines to ensure calculations and payments are accurate and in compliance with the contract.
Collaborate with Sales Management, Sales reps, Legal, Deal desk and Operations to analyze and implement changes to ensure the Partners are accurately compensated.
Responsible for business requirements to modify the commission system for changes in business process. Individual will also perform User Acceptance Testing activities associated with new or modified system implementations to ensure that systems are properly configured.
Responsible for monthly expense accrual process and reconciliations for the various business lines.
Highly analytical, strong attention to detail and an ability to set and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Meaningful accounting experience. Sales compensation administration for a complex business a plus
Great technical skills : Advanced Excel
Experience with system implementations
Phenomenal Customer Service Focus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management across the organization including negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple projects and strict deadlines.
Experience with Exactly commission software and Tableau (BI Tool) a plus.
Ability to build new processes and reporting and an understanding of the control environment.
