We make robots, but we hire people. Would you like to be part of this journey? Your mission : You will provide analytic and strategic support to UiPath’s Global Marketing team with a full understanding of B2B Marketing tactics, channels, tools, strategies, and the desired business outcomes;
including how to measure the key indicators of success. You will also present data via reports and communicate these findings effectively to various internal stakeholders.
You will focus on identifying trends in data that may reflect areas for pipeline expansion, target account penetration aligned to Go-to-market strategy, campaign enhancements.
This is what you’ll do at UiPath :
Use data from multiple sources (Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics 360, Google Search Console, Ad Platforms, Social Media, ABM platforms) to provide key insights on campaign success, marketing channel performance, target account penetration, and highlight opportunities for new initiatives
Build dashboards & presentations showing a variety of full-funnel metrics across all of the aforementioned systems through a variety of BI tools (Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI), Excel or PowerPoint
Transform data to be able to tailor queries to the business questions at hand
Architect a tactical, multi-touch demand generation strategy to allow for Regional VP’s to shift their marketing mix strategy using data-backed recommendations
Measure the return on investment of online and offline advertising campaigns through marketing attribution tools (SFDC, Google Analytics, Custom Models)
Identify areas for improvements are lead flow (Conversion Rates, Volumes, Velocity) in order to deliver actionable insights to technical and non-technical audiences
This is what you’ll bring to our team :
Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, HubSpot and / or Marketo in a marketing function
History of producing and distributing metrics / insights that help us understand how to drive improvements to our customer acquisition and retention strategies
Ability to effectively communicate insights to C-level and VP-level stakeholders is a must
Strong knowledge of SQL (writing and editing queries, joining disparate data sources)
2+ years’ experience developing dashboards, reports, and visualization to identify marketing trends that map back to revenue growth
Prioritizing skills & ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business and foster a collaborative team culture
Knowledge of UX and best practices for multivariate testing, with the ability to provide actionable insights into audience behaviors
Attention to details paired with a big picture approach and a global mindset
Nice to have
Exposure to content management systems, with preferential treatment given toward Hubspot or Contently
Exposure to the technical implementation of web conversion tracking (preferably through Google Tag Manager)
2+ years of experience in analytics for a consumer brand and / or B2B SaaS
