To reach business objectives and expectations applying Standard Work approach within framework of Shopfloor Management at defined pilot plants or manufacturing locations (based on alignment with Business Unit).

Define and drive Jishuken strategy as part of the organization's strategy : Lean Standardization & Living Yokoten.

Ensure Jishuken results (Yearly M Euro savings, impact on indicators) out of jishuken activities at locations.

Act as coordinator for Jishuken Strategy within Automotive, aligning cross Business Area Jishuken representatives for common Review, innovate and update TPM Automotive Rule and Corporate Rule based on operational business needs and manufacturing plants feedback.

Drive TPM Network for Automotive locations and ContiTech / Tires business areas to ensure : constant communication, collection of feedback for rule update, exchange of best practices, identification of training needs / support, driving common approach for TPM framework.

Review, innovate and update Lean Check Automotive Rule based on operational business needs and manufacturing plants feedback.

Drive Lean Check Network for Automotive locations to ensure : constant communication, collection of feedback for rule update, exchange of best practices, identification of training needs / support.

QualificationsEssential Skills / Qualifications

Experience in production, Industrial Engineering, Lean Production, Production (FF) or Quality;

Improvement Methodologies Know How (CBS, TPM, Jishuken, etc)

Production and Lean Know how including Toyota Production System

Project Management skills

Negotiation and networking skills

Good level of English
